How It Works
1. Shop Online:
Browse our extensive range of Phiten products on our website. Add your favorite items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Choose Click & Collect:
At checkout, select the "Click & Collect" option and choose your preferred store location for pickup. Our available locations for Click & Collect are:

3. Receive Your Confirmation:
Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email confirmation with all the details you need. Please wait for this confirmation before heading to the store.
4. Collect Your Order:
Visit the store you selected and head to the designated Click & Collect area. Bring your order confirmation email (printed or digital) and a valid photo ID for verification. Our friendly staff will have your order ready for you!
Frequently Asked Questions
1. How long will it take for my order to be ready for pickup?
Orders are typically ready for pickup within 1-4 business hours during store operating hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready. For orders placed outside of business hours, your order will be ready the next business day.
2. How long will my order be held at the store?
We will hold your order for 7 days from the date of your confirmation email. If you are unable to collect your order within this time frame, please contact the store to arrange an alternative.
3. What do I need to bring when collecting my order?
Please bring the following items when you come to collect your order:
- A copy of your order confirmation email (printed or digital).
- A valid photo ID (such as a driver’s license, passport, or ID card).
4. Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?
Yes, someone else can collect your order. The person collecting the order must bring the order confirmation email and a valid photo ID. Please note that they must also have your consent to pick up the order.
5. Can I change my pickup location after placing an order?
If you need to change your pickup location after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot always be guaranteed.
6. Can I return or exchange items purchased through Click & Collect?
