Return and Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange:
- We offer a new-for-new exchange within 7 days of purchase.
- The exchanged item must not exhibit any signs of intentional use, defects, damages, package damages, scratches, stains, odors, or moisture.
- Both the product and its accessories, complimentary items, inner and outer packaging, as well as the receipt, must be intact.
- Please bring along the receipt and the original payment method (such as credit card, debit card, EFT payment, etc.).
- Exchange of goods is limited to one occurrence and cannot be repeated.
- Failure to provide the original receipt and warranty card (limited to certain items).
- The warranty card is valid for one year from the purchase date. Please keep it safe.
- Failure to present the warranty card will result in warranty card invalidity.
- Damage caused by human factors or natural wear and tear from usage is not covered by the warranty.
- Warranty card is only valid for Phiten products sold at directly operated stores and counters in the Australian region.
- Items purchased at non-original stores or counters, and items exchanged, lost, or damaged because of unauthorized opening or beyond restoration, cannot be exchanged.
- Products that have been unsealed and worn cannot be exchanged.
- Personal hygiene items such as undergarments, socks, cosmetics, and skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
- Promotional and special offer items that are non-returnable and non-exchangeable (e.g., lucky bags, special product bundles, clearance items).
