Tape:
Prior to applying the tape, ensure that the area to be taped is clean, dry, and free of any oil.
Hold the roll with one hand and carefully pull the tape off using your other hand. Cut the required number of strips to the appropriate length before starting the application.
When applying the adhesive tape to curved muscle areas, it is recommended to align it with the direction of the muscles without stretching it.
Remove the tape by pealing the tape in direction of the hair and holding the skin down to avoid lifting.
Lotion:
Apply an appropriate amount of the product onto your palm, spread it evenly, and massage it onto your skin.
Tape:
Avoid applying tapes to the parts of eczema, the rashes, or any skin disorder.
A patch test before use is suggested for those who have sensitive skin.
Stop using immediately and consult with a doctor if any abnormality, such as eczema, rash, or pain, occurs.
Repeatedly applying and removing tape to the same area may lead to redness, swelling, or discomfort.
Residue from the adhesive may remain after use; gently wipe it off with soap or baby oil. It will gradually disappear, but pigmentation may persist based on individual constitution or body condition.
Ensure that your skin is clean and dry before applying the product, especially after showering or bathing.
While it is possible to bathe with the tape on, be cautious of vigorously rubbing the applied areas, as it may cause skin irritation or the tape can easily come off.
During sports activities, the tape may come off easily due to sweat and similar factors.
When removing the tape, do so slowly and avoid pulling it forcefully.

Avoid applying the product to the skin if you have any injuries, wounds, eczema, or rashes, swelling, lumps, fractures, or any skin disorder in the area of application.
If you have sensitive skin, it is advisable to perform a skin test on a small area before using the product. Only use the product if there is no irritation or adverse reaction.
Discontinue use of the product immediately and seek medical advice if you experience any abnormal skin reactions, such as redness, rashes, itching, etc., during or after use.
Avoid contact with eyes. In case of accidental contact, rinse the eyes with water immediately.
Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, and humid environments for storage.
Store in a dry, cool place at room temperature.
